Background:
Little Heaton Church of England Primary School aim is to enable pupils to discover and develop their talents through a broad education and to ensure high standards of achievement through effective, high quality teaching and to achieve fullness of life firmly based on Christian principles. At present there are football, netball and rounders clubs taking place after school. In addition a library service is provided outside school hours for all children in the infant classes. Extra musical activities are also provided in addition to class music lessons. The school puts on annual carol concerts and musical productions. The school aims to enable pupils to discover and develop their talents through a broad education and to ensure high standards of achievement through effective, high quality teaching and to achieve fullness of life firmly based on Christian principles.
